Each program trains and qualifies practitioners in a unique assessment tool: the Leadership Effectiveness Analysis (LEA), Individual Directions Inventory (IDI), Personal Directions, or the Sales Performance Assessment (SPA). Once enrolled, you’ll receive access to your learning management system, where you’ll access materials to prepare you for the course and track your progress along the way.

MRG certifications meet live online, with limited class sizes to facilitate an active discussion. You’ll be learning alongside peers from around the world leveraging a mix of instruction and hands-on practice. 

Certifications conclude with an exam to demonstrate your knowledge of the assessment. Our team of experts are available for guidance before and after the exam to ensure your success.

Once awarded your certification, you’ll have access to the newest assessment in your tool kit – you can begin launching projects and leveraging the assessment in your practice.
