MRG Certifications

Each program trains and qualifies practitioners in a unique assessment tool: the Leadership Effectiveness Analysis (LEA), Individual Directions Inventory (IDI), Personal Directions, or the Sales Performance Assessment (SPA). If you’re not sure which assessment you want to begin with, connect with our team of experts to determine what’s right for your practice. 

Once enrolled, you’ll receive access to our learning management system, where you’ll find materials to prepare you for the course and you can track your progress along the way.

MRG certifications meet live online, with limited class sizes to facilitate an active discussion. You’ll be learning alongside peers from around the world leveraging a mix of instruction and hands-on practice. 

Certifications conclude with an exam to demonstrate your knowledge of the assessment. Our team of experts are available for guidance before and after the exam to ensure your success.

You’re now a certified MRG practitioner. You’ll receive your first assessment report free, gain access to MRG’s full library of resources and co-brandable materials and join a global network of coaches and consultants — with ongoing support from MRG’s expert team whenever you need it.
