MRG Assessments

People are too complex for simple answers. MRG's assessments go beyond labels and surface-level insights to reveal the patterns that shape how people work and grow, creating a foundation for deeper conversations, smarter decisions, and meaningful development.

MRG's Scientific Approach

Powerful Insights from a

Distinctive

Design

When it comes to assessments, the questions – and how they’re asked – matter as much as the answers. MRG’s questionnaire design is intentionally built around the realities of human judgment, reducing the pull of common response biases and revealing distinctions that simpler rating formats often obscure.

The Power of Semi-Ipsative Design: Revealing Accurate, Deeply Personal Results

Accurate

& Authentic Results

How It Works

How It Works

Each question asks participants to rank which option is most like them and how strongly they agree. They then repeat the process for their second choice. Every dimension gets measured more than ten times throughout the questionnaire, giving you a level of detail no standard survey can match.

Reduced Bias

Reduced Bias

Because questionnaire options are equally socially desirable, there are no “good” or “bad” responses, leading respondents to more carefully consider each question before choosing their answers.

Descriptive Results

Descriptive Results

MRG results describe patterns, unlike others that judge them. There are no labels, no jarring evaluative language, no scores that put someone on the defensive before the coaching conversation even starts. They will hear the feedback because it is compelling and respectful.

Compares Results

Results with Context

The results from MRG assessments are compared against data from thousands of professionals in similar roles and regions. This shows where an individual stands relative to the comparison group, helping to place the assessment insights in a meaningful context.
