As we approach May 2018, MRG is focused on General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) compliance efforts. During this implementation period for the Regulation, our team is busy evaluating new requirements and restrictions imposed by the GDPR and will take all actions necessary to ensure that we handle customer data in compliance with applicable law and to help you meet your obligations under the GDPR by the 2018 deadline. You will receive notifications of new functionality and changes to our Terms and Policies prior to May 25, 2018.
Transfers Outside the EU
MRG will continue to store our data in a secure location within the United States and maintain a Privacy Shield certification with the U.S. Department of Commerce which ensures that adequate safeguards are in place when personal data is transferred from the EU to the US.

We recognize in some cases, additional and/or advance GDPR compliance documentation may be needed to support your proposals or in-progress work. Please contact us to discuss your specific needs and timelines. MRG may furnish a Data Processing Agreement (which contains the EU approved Model Clauses) to certain EU/EEA based customers upon request.
