(PDF 655K) This product enhances LEA 360™ by enabling the addition of two customized components to MRG’s LEA 360. These customized options can be used to incorporate an organization’s leadership competencies, norms, values, or other organization-specific variables to be measured in conjunction with the LEA variables.
Customized variables can be added in two formats:
- Questionnaire items measured using anchored rating scales
- Open-ended questions and/or comments
