The Individual Directions Inventory™ measures 17 key dimensions reflecting the degree to which an individual gains emotional satisfaction from work and life. Used independently, IDI is a valuable coaching tool. Used in combination with leadership or sales assessments, this product expands personal insight to include role-specific behavior and the motivation behind that behavior. Individual Directions Inventory can be used to:

• Provide insight into what motivates an individual enabling a more effective assessment of "fit" with organization, role and reward systems
• Give clearer indication of which behaviors the individual is most likely to exhibit and/or develop and sustain
• Provide meaningful information to the individual's manager regarding what will be most successful in motivating the individual
• Identify potential challenges so they can be addressed before they affect performance
• Provide insights into which development options are most likely to be effective and sustainable
